Questions about Vision Experience

What does it show customers?
Lens types (single vision, progressive, office) and how they differ, in visuals customers understand instantly, with no technical jargon.
Who is it for?
Any optical practice. New staff get a clear structure for explaining lenses, and experienced staff get a visual aid to use in front of the customer.
Does it carry another brand’s name or prices?
No. The app is neutral, with no optical chain’s name in it, so you can use it in your own practice.
Does it run on phones or only tablets?
Both. It looks best on a tablet in front of the customer, but it works on phones too.
Why isn’t it on Google Play?
The app ships directly as an install file (APK). You get a short guide showing how to allow the install on your device; it takes under a minute.
How much does it cost?
The launch price is €59, only for people on the waitlist. After launch it is €69. You pay once, for one device, with no monthly subscription.
