What you get
When you buy an app from optometristul.ro you receive a licence to use that app: non-exclusive, non-transferable and for an unlimited period. You are not buying the app itself as intellectual property, but the right to use it.
How you can use it
One licence is valid for a single device. You install and use the app on that device, for your own business or your company's. If you need the app on more devices, you need one licence for each. The apps work offline, and the data you enter stays on your device.
What you may not do
- install the app on more than one device with the same licence;
- ask for or receive the source code;
- redistribute the app, free of charge or for a fee;
- resell it, rent it out or hand it over to other people or companies;
- modify it, decompile it or remove its copyright notices.
Updates
Feature updates are included in the price for the lifetime of the app. You do not pay for them separately. You receive them by email as a new install file.

You get 12 months of free support from the date of purchase. See Warranty and support for details.
Digital delivery and right of withdrawal
The apps are digital content, delivered by email right after payment is confirmed. If you buy as an individual (consumer), we ask for two confirmations at checkout: that you agree to immediate delivery, and that you understand you lose the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started. For business customers (companies, sole traders, practices) the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. More in the Terms and conditions.
Termination
If you breach the terms above, the licence ends. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
