12-month warranty
Every app bought from optometristul.ro comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If it stops working, we repair it at no cost.
What “stops working” means
The app will not start, closes by itself, or a feature described on its page no longer works correctly, because of a fault in the app or an incompatibility with a phone or Android version the app is declared compatible with.
What is included
- fixing the fault and sending a new version by email;
- the updates needed for the app to keep working properly;
- help with installation and with using the existing features.
What is not included
- changes based on personal preference: colours, shape, structure, moving or replacing elements;
- new features or customisations for your business (may be offered separately, for a fee);
- problems caused by the device, by modifying Android, or by the user deleting data;
- the data you enter in the app: it lives only on your device, and keeping a backup is your responsibility.
How to ask for help
Write to contact@optometristul.ro. Tell us which app you have, what happens, your phone model and, if you can, attach a screenshot. We reply by email, usually within 2 working days, and we fix the fault.
12 months of free support
You get free email support for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that you keep the licence and the feature updates, but support may be offered for a fee.
If we cannot fix it
If we cannot repair the app so that it works as described, we will replace it or refund you. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
