Questions about Vantage

How does it work in practice?
Put the tablet at reception. When customers collect their order, they pick the colleague who served them, enter the order number and answer a few short questions on a 1 to 5 scale.
Can customers leave the app?
No. In kiosk mode customers only see the feedback screen. Reports and settings stay separate, for you.
Does it work outside optical practices?
Yes. Vantage is built for any business where customers collect an order: optical practices, labs, repair shops, dry cleaners or workshops.
Can I export the results?
Yes. Reports export to Excel, and any answer can be found quickly by order number.
Why isn’t it on Google Play?
The app ships directly as an install file (APK). You get a short guide showing how to allow the install on your tablet; it takes under a minute.
How much does it cost?
The launch price is €49, only for people on the waitlist. After launch it is €59. You pay once, for one device, with no monthly subscription.
